Two firms have moved to City Center St. Petersburg. Ohio based Bonezzi Switzer Murphy Polito & Hupp Co. L.P.A. (BSMPH) leased 1,651 square feet at the Class A office building located in downtown St. Petersburg. Jane Dizona of CBRE brokered the deal. Aqua Marketing & Communications leased 1,485 square feet Paula Clair Smith of Commercial Asset Partners brokered the deal.
BSMPH, a full-service civil defense trial firm, chose City Center for their first Florida office. The Florida office concentrates primarily on Medical Malpractice defense; Long Term Care defense; Product Liability defense and all matters pertaining to Civil Litigation.
