PowerChord Inc. and Squaremouth, Inc., two of Tampa Bay’s 50 fastest growing companies in 2010 and/or 2011 have signed new leases at City Center St. Petersburg while Reingruber & Company has signed a renewal & expansion. In addition, State Farm Insurance expanded its existing space, which is under a long term lease. In total, City Center inked over 20,000 square feet in new leases in the month of July alone.
Online brand and web management firm PowerChord, Inc. is relocating and expanding from smaller offices in St. Petersburg’s central business district. Represented by Michael Fisher of CB Richard Ellis, the firm leased 10,354 square feet.

Squaremouth Inc., a leading comparison website for travel insurance, is relocating their headquarters to downtown St. Petersburg from St. Pete Beach. The firm leased 3,381 square feet.

Tammi Hughes with Carter and Associates represented Reingruber & Co in the transaction. Reingruber and Company has been a tenant in City Center for nearly 14 years and has re-committed to the building with a long term lease.
